dc.description.abstractIn this paper will be analyzed the production process and design the e-kanban system from the current Push Production in real production environment in automotive industry. Previously existed Push production system was improved by developed system which made possible usage of e-kanban system. The system covers and control material flow between warehouse and raw material shelves in the production line. This concept of E-Kanban allows the flexibility of complete system in the area of production plan changes, packaging changes, and variations of production capacities. Also, each step of e-kanban system implementation, detailed comparison between the current practice and e-kanban systems, and advantages of e-kanban are presented.en_US
