dc.description.abstractThe fashion market in Viet Nam is dynamic with a high demand every day and constantly changing. Mason Company is a large retailer with extensive experience in this area. However, the company also has many issues that need to be addressed. The aim of this study is to optimize and redesign the company's supply chain network. Thanks to the Locating Plants and Warehouses Simultaneously model, a selfdeveloped model based on the actual situation is proposed. The model will solve the cost and transportation problem. At the same time, the study compares current situation with three different scenarios of demand to show outstanding issues and propose a better strategy for the company.en_US
