dc.description.abstractVietnam is a region on tropical, suitable for the growth of such agricultural products and aquacclutural. Ipomoea Batatas (sweet potatoes) is one the widely used products in agricultural products in Vietnamese people ‘s daily meals. Not only Ipomoea Batatas is easily to get access to but also it bring several benefits to human’s health. Ipomoea Batatas is also high value root vegetable which is exporteed to high standard countries such as Taiwan, Japan and USA. In order to be able to enter these markets, the quality of sweet potatoes must be guarantee. Managing quality of Ipomoea Batatas in Vietnam needs to be improved. The main purpose of this reasearch is mention about the relationship of quantities by using some analytic methods, based on that to calculate the weight of Ipomoea Batats.en_US
