This study relating to facility layout problem aims to examine the current issues of the layout of a gas turbine repairing company namely ABC as a part of Lean project to minimize the unnecessary part moving distance, related activities, and time. Mixed-Integer Linear Programming is used to formulate mathematical models and produce solutions with the support of robust computing capability of CPLEX. The results obtained are better compared to the original layout in terms of the sum of product between product flow quantity among pairs of departments and their centroids’ rectilinear distances, or to be more specific, the part moving distances among departments.en_US
