dc.description.abstractNowadays, with the strong development of e-commerce, the demand of online shopping is more and more increasing that leads to delivery service and e-payment grow strongly with million orders per day. To satisfy customers’ demand and lower the delivery time, companies in that field need to design their logistics flow optimally. This thesis presents the hub and spoke model applying in Best Express company. It aims to optimize the transportation flow among hubs of Best Express in middle mile delivery with the optimal cost. In addition, it considers disruption factor and find out the backup hub once the disruption occurs. Mixed integer linear programming will be proposed to solve this problem. Also, a sensitivity analysis will be conducted to observe the changes of cost when changing some parameters.en_US
