dc.description.abstractSince the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Home Health Care (HHC) has become a major research topic. Aim to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and improve quality of life. The HHC service is becoming more important than ever in the developed countries. To stay ahead of the development trend, we carry out HHC model research in this thesis. This HHC model was developed from the basic VRPTW model with constraints on the compatibility and time restrictions. Our method is to use constraint programming and solved by the CP optimizer of CPLEX. When using constraint programming, we can solve this problem with 100 or more customers in a short time and the results are close to the optimal solution. We also do sensitivity analysis for choosing the best parameter for the model. This promises to contribute to the long-term economic viability and operational efficiency of the HHC service system.en_US
