In recent decades, especially garment manufacturing has become an important part of Vietnam's economy in recent decades. With the attraction of large investments in developing countries and high consumer demand for apparel products, the production uses flexible resources to reduce overall production time, limiting tardiness orders, and keeping stability in unexpected situations have become paramount issues for many business managers. This dissertation is not only an important way for me to better understand my studies and apply what I have learned but also an opportunity to practice my professional skills in depth so that I can be integrally involved in work-related activities in my career path. With the increase in daily demand and the increase in the number of garment manufacturers, Vinatex needed to improve its production planning and schedule. This paper creates a linear integer calculation model for batch adjustment options in short run production planning to help companies improve customer satisfaction. The main idea of the model is to assign different due dates to customer orders instead of a single due date, thereby dividing orders into different periods for manufacturing to reduce the overall cost due to tardiness orders. Labor allocation is also redistributed based on this result, showing that overtime is done ahead of schedule. To solve this problem, the best CPLEX program was born, which can solve optimization problems with high quality.en_US
