Abstract

The main purpose of this report is to conduct fundamental in structural design and construction management for Cu Lao Cha Condominium

For the term of structural design, to carry out the preliminary dimension of structure; the acting of loads into the given building and design for reinforcement for beam, slab and column of a typical floor after the practice of TCVN.

For the term of construction management, to carry out the design of formwork for typical floor; project schedule for the construct of super structure; specification of work and construction contract for supper structure.
