| dc.description.abstract | This thesis arm to verify the current KPI and design the new one which is strong support the new strategy. In the other hand, the research integrated the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to show the prioritized KPI which X-Sports should focus to maximize the core value of contract manufacturing.
The result shows that there are top 3 important KPIs that leadership of X-Sports recommended as the important manufacturing index in now: Sustainable manufacturing, Quality and Delivery. The new indicators of Innovation & Collaboration which adding to the current KPI that are help X-Sports measure performance correctly. Besides of using the Expert Choice software to support decision making, the research generated the excel version which is similar functions to EC but more flexible and friendly for new user. The limit of the thesis is the scope studying corrected for X-Sports only and it has not showed the related within KPIs.
