RFID Reader Design for 125 KHz and 13.56 MHz Applications
Abstract
Deployment of radio frequency identification (RFID) system has been rapidly
growing and has the potential to affect many different industries and application such as:
tracking and identification, payment and stored value systems, access control, anti-
counterfeiting. In this thesis, a prototype of RFID reader system working at 125 KHz
frequency was designed and successfully implemented by using EM4095 chip as radio
frequency interface. A prototype of RFID reader system corresponding to EM4094 chip
working at 13.56 MHz frequency and methods of antenna design were also proposed.
