Abstract

Many people and organizations today have a new interests in project management. From the 80s to this time, project management just concentrate on supplying the data source and schedule in computer, military and construction industries. However, project management today is more popular and each project is suitable for each people, who is relatives to their fields. In addition, any person from any country can enjoy the project. Applying the modern project management technique is one of the part of success, in particular for IT projects. Note that IT projects related to the use of hardware, software, and networks to create a product, service, or result. Nowadays, almost companies, governments and non-profit organizations are realizing that they need to use the techniques of modern project management in order to get achievement, especially IT projects. Individuals knows that to be competitive in the work environment, they must develop the skills to become good members of the project team and project management. They also recognize that a lot of the concepts of project management will help them in their daily lives when they work with people and technology based on day-to-day. Although some researchers questioned such research methods, their popularity has prompted regulators around the world to test their activities in project management. Many organizations confirmed that the use of project management techniques offer advantages. This thesis will research the available project management. From knowledge of understanding existing project management project application along with researching some method for creating and managing these projects application base on web service, I am going to step by step develop a completed this application.
