| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, Vietnam seeks way to develop industrially and modernly; besides; Vietnam has gradually integrated into regional and international economies so that the demand of infrastructure is essential. In the old days, construction industry had already contributed to the Vietnam’s evolution such as: building houses, apartments, bridges, roads… which shows us the important of the construction industry to our life.
Particularly, in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh city is a dynamic, highest cultural exchange center of Viet Nam. It is now changing daily and always in the top to approach the modern world in many fields, making a multi-cultural, colorful city and then it is certificated as the best destination of foreign tourists. As the modernized age, high-rise building which works as business centers, comercials, travel agency and hospitality, continues to grow dramatically over the past ten years. This makes civil engineering develop with the maximum speed that is a good chance as well as a tough challenge for students whose major is civil engineering.. To respond the request, they need to be trained skillfully, especially, the engineers have to have basic knowledge, experience, catch up with trend, management skills… Therefore, doing graduation thesis can be seen as the way to help the students approach to the design of a practical work before entering the profession.
