Although there are numerous options in designing of slabs in high rise structure, the two most common designs are flat slabs and framing slabs. Thus, a comparison of the two methods is still leaving for the design engineer. Further more, there are various theory in the dynamic load analysis and a comparison is still needed. The purpose of this research is to investigate strategic to design high rise building with the special component like transfer beam and to offer design recommendations. All of the component were selected for investigation, including beam, transfer beam, wall, slab. This high-rise building is stay in Viet Nam so the wind load design following Vietnamese Standard Code. In slabs designing, the framing option has advantages as less material, low-skilled labors and less mass of structure. On the other hand, the flat slabs have the other advantages on construction management with less time on reinforcement.en_US
