| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, Vietnam seeks way to develop industrially and modernly; besides;
Vietnam has gradually integrated into regional and international economies so that the
demand of infrastructure is essential. In the old days, construction industry had
already contributed to the Vietnam’s evolution such as: building houses, apartments,
bridges, roads… which shows us the important of the construction industry to our life.
Particularly, in Vietnam, HCM City is known as a big city with many firm and high
technical buildings. As we know, the more buildings are set up, the more knowledge
from the engineers and workers are gotten. To respond the request, they need to be
trained skillfully, especially, the engineers have to have basic knowledge, experience,
catch up with trend, management skills… Therefore, doing graduation thesis can be
seen as the way to help the students approach to the design of a practical work before
