Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease are often associated with cognitive deficits but varies patients considerably. Several studies suggest that there is a higher risk of men than women. Detection of early stages of Alzheimer’s disease will be key to preventing, the researchers believe. My thesis is to focus on analyzing the cortically morphological changes on gender difference and to find out which specific brain regions have been significantly different. My study has also focused on the early detection of disease in the preclinical stages from the very young years of age. The difference between male and female on each clinical groups have been carried out. Furthermore, the development of clinical stages has been evaluated on gender difference.en_US
