| dc.description.abstract | Data is formed from collecting information. Scientists, government officials, businessmen must collect information daily and process too many questions. While, software is the mean which is able to conduct a survey, publish the survey on the Web for everyone to do, assemble survey forms, and make statistic reports effectively with less efforts. People have many types of questions which might be represented in many forms. Survey data needs to be collected from many places and questionnaires are often changed every survey time. For that reason, the traditional methods of data collection, or even a survey management system faces many different challenges to design all question types and synthesize surveys. Even though web-based software might be easily conducted forms, but this job depends on the web developer. A powerful web-based survey management system is significant for all people to manage and analyze lots of information from many sources. This thesis aims to build a Survey management system which allows to design different surveys and make questions easily. Not only survey structure is conducted, but also survey contents are weighted to synthesize data in the survey management system. While the aim of a survey is to generate data report, the methods representing statistics in the report is remarkable for many fields of research. This thesis aims to describe the gamut of these viewpoints that is built in Sur. Furthermore, this thesis contains additional information of conducting a survey on the Web. | en_US |
