| dc.description.abstract | Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), a business management system with a suite of
integrated applications, which allows an enterprise to manage every stage of their business.
There are many ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Oracle ERP Cloud,
etc.
Odoo, formerly known as OpenERP, is one of the most popular ERP systems that
companies of different sizes use to manage their business processes in various fields, like
Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resources, Warehouse
Management, etc.
Beside the support of Odoo, Data Mining is the commonly used technique, which is
the process of cleaning, selecting, evaluating, and sorting through big data sets to acquire
patterns and form relationships to solve problems using data analysis. Enterprises usually use
data mining tools for predicting future trends to optimize their businesses.
In this thesis, we will discuss about the system whose core is built by Odoo to manage
a university or a college. It is capable for students register for their desired courses. It also
supports them with learning activities such as helping them to control and keep track on their
assignments. In addition, they are also able to have a future look of their predicted graduation
time, which is implemented by applying Data Mining.
Last but not least, attempting to reduce workload of teachers is also one of the mainly
expected outcomes, like supporting an easier way for scoring student assessments as well as a
