dc.description.abstractThis thesis consists of comprehensive design of beam, column, slab, shear wall and foundation of the concrete structure. The slab consists of two types of slab, first type of slab is the solid slab, and the other is the flat slab. All of element was designed, and calculated following the Eurocode Standard. This document is offered in Standard International (SI) Units. This thesis includes detailed design steps for each component of the concrete building. The calculations are cross – referenced to the relevant specification document to allow easy navigation of the specification. Detailed design computation for the following components are included: concrete beam, column, shear wall, slab, and foundation. In addition, the explanation of design steps goes beyond the specifics of the calculation to offer guidance on different situations.en_US
