| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, Vietnam seeks way to develop industrially and modernly; besides;
Vietnam has gradually integrated into regional and international economies so that the
demand of infrastructure is essential. In the old days, construction industry had already
contributed to the Vietnam’s evolution such as: building houses, apartments, bridges,
roads… which shows us the important of the construction industry to our life.
Ho Chi Minh City is one of the largest cities in our country, the center for
scientific, technical, cultural and economic development. One of the inevitable
consequences is the rapid population growth from various sources, leading to the
indispensable need for housing. Housing must meet the growing demand for material
and spiritual life, but an important factor is that the building must meet the requirements
and in accordance with the current income of the working classes in the commune
especially those with low and medium incomes. To deal with this situation, the
government, as well as the city government and the authorities, have come up with a
reasonable solution for the construction of apartment blocks and apartments with
adequate amenities and reasonable prices. This is the right solution, consistent with the
current trend. The construction of the Lexington Apartment Residence is not out of the
above.
For us, graduation thesis as a door give us more confidence to bring the
knowledge has been learned into reality. It gives us the opportunity to systematize
knowledge, not only firmly grasp the basic, it’s also help us understand deeply about the
