dc.description.abstractIn this thesis project, main objective is tall building – one of the most invested place for living. With the aim of describing the design steps, structural design such as slab, beams, walls, foundations, will be processed in detail. From the first step to the final one is architecture drawing to detail drawing producing to each structure including slab, beam, shear wall and foundation. As for special topics, there are many types in this project showing the differences between of methods in order to provide the most efficient constructing choice. For instance, by both EN-1991 (Euro code) and ACI318 (American code), wind force will be estimated; slab design will be carried out in form of flat slab with panel and solid slab, and wall design with main types including I-shape will also be computed in three specific methods. These methods are edge method, pressure division and interaction diagram method. The final is the types of bored (drilled) pile and individual’s advantages and disadvantages Being attached with the design report is the drawing used to illustrate structural design from those files in detail. They include architect drawing, slabs reinforcement, frame and foundations by Revit software..en_US
