Ho Chi Minh city is known as a one of the largest cities in Vietnam beside Ha Noi. With the population 8.426.3000 people and the total area of 2095,5 km². We can clearly see that population density is about 3900 people/km2, which is really high. This can be a pressure of accommodation in Ho Chi Minh. It is obviously that high-rise building has been becoming a trend in Ho Chi Minh when High- rise building can resolve a problem about population growth. It can be sufficient capacity which can contain a large amount of people within a limited space. For high-rise buildings, there are many aspects take into consideration during design and construction time, such as economy, sustainability, wind performance and water supply. Since the design is difficult to adjust at late project stages to adapt to aspects that have been checked, initial design choices are very essential with the purpose of satisfactory building performance. This thesis presents the procurement of design, assessment, and load test results of the MY PHUOC Apartment District Binh Thanh in accordance with EURO CODE. The building is designed and calculated to be adequate with respect to all requirements of each aspect. In addition to explain the design steps of the design calculation, the comprehensive commentary goes beyond the specifics of the calculation to offer guidance on different situations that may be encountered in other building.en_US
