If each employee has one profile, the universities need many spaces to storage files. Moreover, human resources staffs (HR staff) want to find some employee’s profiles, they will take many time to do. They have many difficulties to make monthly statistical report because the university have a lot of staffs. Thus, human resources management is very inconvenience in university.
In this thesis, I have created web application to support staffs managing human resources easily by technology. This website’s feature depends on the user requirements of HR office in university. There are many roles like HR staff, lecturer, board of director and staff. Each role has its own feature and access right. The website helps HR staff create accounts and approve access rights for employees. Furthermore, it provides HR staffs handle recruitment such as creating plan of recruitment, managing candidate’s profiles and sending email for candidate. In addition, the web application also support managing employee’s profiles. They can edit, search, add and delete, that bases on access right of each role. HR staffs can manage employees easily by importing and exporting statistical report. | en_US |
