dc.description.abstract | Along with the advancement of technology, the development of household convenience appliances is rapid. The more appliances appear in each household, the more energy they consume. Since details of the energy consuming can provide much support to the research on household appliances or discussion about the aforementioned thread, a way of predicting energy consumption is being proposed in this thesis.
The aim of this thesis is to propose a data driven model that could record and analyze the energy used be appliances in buildings and households, therefore predict the energy usage of these appliances and provide better references for future discussions and researches in this matter. This thesis uses numerous methods to achieve that idea, including Support Vector Machine, Linear Regression Model, different kernels. | en_US |
