dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we introduce the worker scheduling problem in YCH warehouse company. In the company, there are 2 working shifts: day shift and night shift and many regulations must be follow. We have study carefully about the policies of the company, convert these policies into mathematical constraint. We also build IP model for this problem and use optimizer cplex to solve the problem. The running is quick and the result is feasible to apply in the real world. The model can be applied in large scale to fit the realistic conditions.
