| dc.description.abstract | Although the size of the company can be different or the structure of a company, they
usually need a system for the company. The system will be designed for the
management, protection, and improvement company’s asset. Management users also
an important work at a company. However, some companies don’t have a management
system, or they not using the system full power like how the system had been designed.
Small companies usually do not come with a strong financial, because of that spending
too much in the system will drag them down, they usually skip or using some alternative
ways like using an illegal system, cracking software,… Therefore, with the help of
GNU software, GNU Operating System, and central authentication, the problem will
be decreased to the lowest point possible. In this thesis, I will introduce how we can set
up a basic system using only open-source software and how we can set up an
