| dc.description.abstract | In the era of 4.0 technology, the fact that people are becoming busier and the remain of hard
work increases their need of a tool that can help them take note of things they have to do.
Note-taking is useful in helping us to understand, remember, and retrieve essential points
when we most need them. The action of writing information down is a great way to get fully
involved in the learning process. Students need to remember all relevant information when
confronted with an exam question. Various researchers found that if students note in
important information, it had 34% chance of being remembered. On the other hand,
information not found in notes had only 5% chance of being remembered. Besides, students
and officers face a real challenge when it comes to storing and retrieving all their notes, data,
contact information, and customer feedback- just to mention a few sources of information. As
a result,they are the ones who need to take note and access their to-do lists every time.
However, the traditional written form of note is not very beneficial because of time
consuming and notebook forgetfulness. Witnessing from the benefits and limitations of
traditional note taking, it is essential to build up a tool to satisfy the need of an practical
application which is suitable for most busy people. In this thesis, I build a To-do mobile
application based on technologies to serve users, using tools, frameworks, and techniques like
MongoDB, Express, React-Native and NodeJS. This application can be accessed easily as
most of the students and officiers own a smart phone and bring it along all the time. With the
hope that this one will bring the best benificial and comfortable experience for the users, I
