| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis project, It will contain 4 main objective. The structural design, the
formwork design, workers and investment of the construction. The structural design
will be based on Eurocode 1,2 and 8. The formwork design is based on ACI 347.
- Dead load and imposed load are based on Eurocode 1: Actions on structures
– Part 1-1: General actions – Densities, self-weight, imposed loads for
buildings.
- Wind load - Eurocode 1: Action on structures – Part 1-4: General action –
Wind actions.
- Seismic load – Eurocode 8: Design of structures for earthquake resistance –
Part 1: General rules, seismic actions and rules for buildings.
- Structural design: Eurocode 2: Design of concrete structures – Part 1-1:
General rules and rules for buildings.
- Formwork design: ACI 347
In slab design, the flat slab will be used for this building. Moreover, the wood
formwork will be used for this building design following the ACI code. After
designing the structural and formwork, investment and duration of the building will
be determined.
Alongside with the thesis report, there are drawings that demonstrate the structural
