Building An Interactive Graph For Curriculum Management
Abstract
Visualizing the course management diagram, making it available to the vast
majority of users, and being able to reuse that diagram to maintain it in the best and fastest
but least manual way possible is always a problem that most systems must gradually
transform to address, in order to keep up with the new technology trend in the future.
Moreover, most systems do not perform well enough to provide students with the option
to graphically adjust their learning route and provide an overview graph during their
learning process.
When it comes to asking questions like "Is the application I am using quick,
convenient, handles my issues well, and has a pleasant interface?" - today's users,
especially students, are becoming increasingly demanding.
This thesis will discuss and provide not only demonstrations of how visualization
is used to change the way of registering or editing courses and curricula, but also present
a new approach to handle the course management system.
