dc.description.abstract13 Despite the fact that the Covid-19 epidemic has subsided, the disease remains widespread. Students are encouraged to attend school only when they are compelled or necessary to do so. All activities and requests are completed over the internet. In the course registration process, advisors play an important role. They provide guidance to students in order to assist them to enroll in the appropriate course. Students can meet with the school directly to obtain advice in most cases. However, it would be difficult for students to obtain advice from mentors if they are unable to attend school to meet face-to-face. As a result, students are prone to making several mistakes when enrolling in online courses. Many techniques of managing the online education system have been implemented in the past, but only a handful have proven to be effective and well-constructed. This is mostly due to a lack of particular details, and it is impossible to enhance further because some aspects of the educational system are regularly changed. With the advancement of technology and the proliferation of online activities, students want a system that can aid them in registering and assessing their competencies automatically. The purpose of this thesis is to create a system that will process courses from schools and provide precise recommendations for each student when they register for the course. Simultaneously, the technology aids instructors and academic advisers in more readily monitoring students' learning progress so that they may provide relevant and timely assistance. From there, it contributes to the improvement of the educational system as well as the management of student learning quality.en_US
