In this study, ferrate is used as a dual-functioned reagent for aquaculture wastewater treatment. pH and ferrate concentration work as 2 factors affecting the 5 responses of COD, NH4+, PO43-, TSS and coliform removal. Face Centered Composite Central design is applied for experiment design and data optimization. 2 different samples have optimum conditions of ferrate dosage of 10.8 and 20 mg/L with pH nearly 10. The maximum of the obtained COD, NH4+, PO43-, TSS and coliform removal is 60-78%, 60-75%, >99%, 63-86%, 76-99%, respectively.en_US
