Design a wastewater treatment plant for a sausage manufacturing factory with the capacity of 1,000 m3/day

Abstract

The contents of this thesis are delivered within five main parts. Firstly, the purpose of the thesis is generally stated along with its problems and objectives. This section focuses on important requirements and emphasizes the importance of wastewater from the sausage factory. Besides, the scopes and some limitations of the thesis are stated within this part as well. Secondly, the following part will provide information about the sources of wastewater and their characteristics. On the basis of recent research on certain characteristics of sausage wastewater, the input parameters of wastewater are also chosen. Thirdly, this section will provide knowledge and information about current wastewater treatment methods that environmental companies are using and finally choose the most effective and reasonable method. Fourthly, the calculation of the treatment units and the list of equipment of the sausage wastewater treatment plant will be point by point in this segment. In addition, the construction measurements of the main treatment units are also included. Lastly, the references or any related materials used in this thesis are listed in detail for further investigation purposes.
