Design And Implementation Of Iot Based Magnetic Stirrer
Abstract
In today's world, IoT is everywhere− from Bluetooth to telecoms. Many hospital
equipment kinds that are restricted to usage by a select few people do not connect to a
personal smartphone. In this project, an IoT-integrated magnetic stirrer is developed. It is
possible to physically control the equipment as well as virtually control it. When a process
where temperature, speed and time is set, is finished, notifications will be sent to the users’
phone via IoT integration. Create additional preset processes in a queue so that the device
can begin running them after the first one is finished. The temperature tolerance is within
a reasonable 5%. The control speed ranges from 1 to 9, with a bigger value indicating a
quicker rotational speed. The design is not intended to accurately modify rotation speed
since maintaining temperature control and allowing processes to be queued up and
completed after earlier processes are more critical tasks. However, as 5% is relatively high
compared to market devices, the temperature tolerance should be further decreased.
Although this tolerance only fluctuates significantly at 100°C and create the highest
tolerance of all trials. Overall, for temperature of 50°C to 100°C the tolerance is in between
0.625-5%. The tolerance of temperature under 100°C are stable while at 100°C it changes
remarkably upto 5%.
