dc.description.abstractThe proper design is now essential to keep website users engaged. However, there is a very little research to define the specific elements used in effective website design. We are attempting to review and summarize the research on effective design and define a short list of common elements used in research. The most mentioned design elements in the reviewed literature were navigation, graphical representation, organization, content utility, purpose, simplicity, and readability. We discuss how previous studies have defined and evaluated the seven elements. This review may be helpful in designing and predicting user engagement. The online movie ticketing system enables customers to purchase movie tickets directly through the internet and use online banking payment method or smart contract. This system is beneficial for both movie promoters and customers. Customers can purchase movie tickets at any time of the day, 24 hours a day, and from anywhere in the world. I created a web ticketing system that is built on blockchain technology, using smart contracts and multi-signature to enforce and validate transactions. The transactions involved in purchasing and using tickets are verified by the blockchain, providing a secure and authentic solution. The experimental results indicate that the system is highly efficient and incurs minimal costs.en_US
