| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, patient management has been a major problem in Viet Nam and every
country worldwide because of the appearance of Covid – 19 and other flu and fever illness.
Despite the introduction of vaccination, medicines, and treatment recommended by various
countries, making people completely immune to the illness is still a difficult task. Therefore,
the number of infected persons certainly rises over time, so it is necessary to have a system to
help people handle this situation. This thesis aims to build a website that helps manage patients'
information easier. The application supports some essential procedures which exist in medical
treatment such as a patient performing their health declaration, a doctor advising their patients,
or both doctor and patient agreeing on an appointment.
The following thesis involves reviewing the old way of storing patient data in VietNam,
discussing the trend of designing medical websites, and showing how the system would be
