This thesis work aims to mitigate some inadequacies in student recruitment service at International University. By my own experiences at the time of interest and learning about International University from my high school years, and through reports from other individuals with an interest in International University and using Student Recruitment service through the school's website. I have concluded the deficiencies in recruitment consulting include passive communication between students and consultants. Communication via email and hotline becomes less effective when there is a dense density of students who need to be consulted and when students need to answer questions that are too specialized. Therefore, there is a need for a new way to connect students and consultants more effectively and flexibly. Therefore, the goal of this research thesis is to propose and build a model that makes an effort to address the problems. This is also an important stage in the process of accumulating experience in providing answers for real-world problems. This thesis topic is a parallel coupling of the solution model and actual application outcomes by building the necessary processes to identify, assess, propose, and implement solutions. The project's standout technological innovation is a novel web application paradigm with a multi-tier structure that was quick to build but challenging to extend and administeren_US
