In recent years, cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has shown potential for applications in the medical field, although the mechanism of action has not been fully apprehended. To facilitate future research, it is necessary to develop a stable and flexible cold plasma supply system to meet various experimental needs. In this study, a cold plasma system was constructed based on the plasma jet method. An experiment was then conducted on L929 murine fibroblast cells to evaluate the performance of the system and to demonstrate the impact of CAP on cell proliferation. Analysis of experimental results on L929 murine fibroblasts indicated that treatment with a cold plasma system resulted in increased cell proliferation rates. The best proliferation effect was observed after 3 treatments. However, treatment results tended to decrease when the duration was extended to 30 seconds. These findings suggest that, with an appropriate treatment time, CAP can stimulate cell proliferation, but prolonged treatment times and frequencies may have the oppen_US
