Design And Implementation Of Pid Controller For Automated Medication Dispensing And Delivery Robot
Abstract
Project title "Design and implementation of PID controller for automated
medication dispensing and delivery robot". The product was born with the purpose of
reducing work overload for medical staff during the infectious pandemic, as well as in the
new normal period. The product's tasks will include supporting logistics tasks such as
dispensing medicine, transporting food - water, transporting medical supplies - waste,
disinfecting and cleaning like a robot vacuum cleaner, or playing the role of Acts as a
doctor's assistant in providing patient data - updating information - storing conversations
between patients and doctors. Depending on the intended use, there will be a specific model
for that feature. However, at this stage, we focus on developing a perfect self-driving car -
a must-have condition to be able to achieve the above features, the car will use modern
Laser sensor technology. to navigate the vehicle and avoid obstacles in real-time hospital
environments (Lidar Navigation). The robot must have fundamental movement capabilities
to accomplish specific aspects, such as smooth left, right, and forward motion, good
stopping ability, the capacity to limit overshoot, and the ability to rotate at the proper angle.
The robot must have these characteristics to have a suitable PID parameter (Kp, Kd, Ki).
In addition, I intend to launch the product using the Business Model Canvas Model, which
serves as a roadmap for the product's operations. Initial results show that the robot moves
well and avoids obstacles well, but its speed is still slow. Besides, I also plan to bring the
product to market based on the Business model canvas model, SWOT analysis which helps
guide the product's business.
