In this thesis, I will investigate the rental housing market and management condition in Vietnam. Nowadays in Vietnam, people wanting to rent a house usually visit neutral websites or surfing in social media such as TikTok, Facebook, …etc. Besides, if hosts want to manage their properties modernly, they must pay for a Customer Relationship Management service or use the traditional paperwork, the complexity and the cost are increased. Then I'll discuss the current issues impeding market growth. Furthermore, there are issues that complicate and slow down host maintenance. Based on such information, I suggest the "Boarding House Hub" application, which is a system for house searching, booking, and property administration. This application is a mobile app with a RESTful API server based on Microsoft's ASP.Net Core framework, giving users the most comfortable experience possible. The system is made up of many modules, including appointment scheduling, room search, home information administration, and contract and bill publication. More significantly, this system will tackle the challenges of managing and locating a house. By delivering the user interface through a mobile application that leverages Flutter, users may discover a suitable property and manage both their own and rented properties. The appointment booking feature enables a customer to schedule appointments with the host to discuss a residence. The home information module enables both the host and the client to keep track of their contracts, invoices, and work orders during the rental time.en_US
