Application For Hotel Supply Chain Management In Vietnam

Abstract

The topic of implementing a hotel system involves using technology to manage various aspects of hotel operations. This may include reservation management, room assignments, guest services, and other functions. The goal is to operate and manage the hotel chain. In this thesis, I propose a method for implementing a hotel chain system that I manage. Using and analyzing data to optimize operations, services, and evaluate customer satisfaction. This method includes the following steps: identifying the specific customer needs and challenges of the hotels to meet those needs, allowing customers to easily access and book my services, and monitoring and analyzing data to continuously update and improve operations on the website. Through this approach, hotels can optimize experiences, and my services have the opportunity to be competitive in a rapidly developing industry.
