dc.description.abstract | The pervasive influence of information technology (IT) has significantly transformed
our daily lives, reshaping how we communicate, work, and engage with the world. As
a result, businesses across various sectors have adapted to this digital landscape,
leveraging IT to automate processes, expand globally, and respond to market dynamics.
The coffee industry, too, has witnessed a paradigm shift, driven by technological
advancements and evolving consumer preferences.
In this context, the demand for online coffee platforms has surged, fueled by factors
such as the Covid-19 pandemic and changing customer behaviors. Coffee enthusiasts
increasingly favor the convenience of online ordering over traditional physical visits to
brick-and-mortar stores. Geographical limitations further underscore the need for
easily navigable and user-friendly online coffee experiences.
To address this demand, I embarked on designing an innovative coffee website.
Leveraging the strengths of NodeJS and ReactJS, I aimed to create a scalable,
responsive, and immersive platform. NodeJS, known for its robust server-side
capabilities, seamlessly handles backend operations, while ReactJS enhances user
interfaces, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Additionally, I incorporated other tools and languages, including the Bootstrap
framework, JavaScript, and MySQL, to build a comprehensive coffee website that
bridges the gap between traditional and digital coffee consumption. In summary, the thesis aims to create a seamless and comprehensive coffee website by
leveraging technologies like NodeJS and ReactJS. This platform bridges the gap
between traditional coffee experiences and the digital realm. As the author gains
knowledge and experience throughout this process, the goal is to enhance coffee
