dc.description.abstractWith the rapidly increasing number of Android portable devices, the use of location-based services (LBS) by various applications and organizations directly involves concerted efforts regarding personal information protection and security. This thesis project focuses on developing an Android application integrating advanced location management and manipulation by using advanced tools such as Frida and Termux. The primary goal is to offer a robust solution for dynamic GPS location spoofing, aiming to return the approximate locations of users, which seem to be human beings and handle which apps deserve to get true location or not, ensuring user privacy and enhancing security measures. By incorporating several core functionalities, such as Location Spoofing to choose the most suitable user’s environment; Foreground Service Management to continually monitor and regulate different apps; Termux integration with Frida brings up additional perspectives and capabilities of Android shell interaction and its native features; Permission Management simplifies the process of providing and removing location permission of specific app, reducing the number of steps that users have to deal with. This study enriches the user experience by giving people more control over their gadgets. It emphasizes the technology’s ability to defend user rights and provide greater possibilities for people to exercise their autonomy and make informed choices. By improving privacy, security and customization choices, this project attempts to provide a more secure and personalized digital experience for consumers, instilling a sense of empowerment and trust.en_US
