dc.description.abstract | This thesis describes the development of an integrated, innovative E-commerce
platform that has advanced 3D interactive product customization and integrates modern
payment solutions. Equipped with a technological stack of ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS,
ExpressJS, and artificial intelligence tools, this platform gives dynamic responsiveness to the
user interface and greatly enhances the shopping experience for users. Some of the major
functionalities implemented in this project include product purchase, product filtering with all
detailed options, secure login/logout, OTP-based account activation, full-fledged order
management, and MOMO and Metamask payment options.
Inbuilt 3D customization, where a user can change colors, upload logos, and even
generate custom logos with AI, remains one of the major selling points of this platform. All
these give a very engaging experience to the user by offering a unique and personalized
shopping experience. At the same time, administrators have strong management tools with
multiple dashboards for the effective management of categories, products, and orders.
The results show that by offering a more engaging and customized purchasing
experience, interactive 3D product customization greatly increases customer engagement.
Customers who could interactively personalize things in three dimensions expressed more
happiness and were more likely to make a purchase. The study also pinpoints important
elements that influence 3D customization efficacy, such as user interface design, usability,
and the perceived worth of customized goods.
Overall, the project provides a real foundation for an adaptable E-commerce platform
and affords good potential for future development and scaling. Further equipped with a
solution to the existing challenges and increased options for customization, this platform
could indeed realize a very smooth, secure, and tailored customer shopping experience, thus
responding to the challenges in the E-commerce market. | en_US |
