dc.description.abstract | In the world of communication apps, the rapid emergence of individual messaging
applications, with many of them attracting hundreds of millions of users and receive
valuations in the billions of dollars. However, it has a widespread issue: many lack strong
security and privacy features. The problem lies in the lack of attention to detail and an
inability to keep up with emerging security challenges. This gap calls for a solution that
ensures comprehensive security and privacy in today's chat applications.
Current approaches often fall short in securing user communication, leading to privacy
breaches. While organizations have tried various technological methods to address these
concerns, not all proposed solutions are effective or widely accepted. To tackle this problem,
this research aims to create a simple and secure chat application. The focus will be on encrypting
data, implementing secure transmission protocols, and incorporating features that enhance user
privacy. By learning from the strengths and weaknesses of existing models, this research seeks
to contribute to the development of a chat application that prioritizes both security and privacy
in our increasingly digital world. | en_US |
