dc.description.abstractResearching eating and drinking behaviors presents a complex challenge, especially when it involves collecting and analyzing multi-sensory data. Traditional methods of setting up and managing such studies are often cumbersome, requiring significant time and resources to ensure that all sensory inputs are accurately captured and analyzed. Recognizing these challenges, we have developed a novel mobile platform designed to streamline and enhance the research process for multi-sensory studies in eating and drinking behaviors. This platform is equipped with an array of advanced features tailored to meet the specific needs of researchers in this field. It offers customizable study configurations that allow researchers to design experiments suited to their unique objectives and participant groups. The platform supports real-time data collection, ensuring that sensory inputs such as visual, auditory, olfactory, and tactile data are captured with precision as the study unfolds. Importantly, it integrates various types of sensory input simultaneously, enabling a comprehensive analysis of the multi-modal influences on eating and drinking behaviors.
