dc.description.abstractLearning outcomes are described as the measurable skills, abilities, knowledge, or values that students can demonstrate after completing a program of study at any educational institutions. The method to evaluate these outcomes often uses assessments or other activities in the course to determine the student’s performance at the end of the course. However, there is not much LMS platform that focuses on calculating SLOs (Student Learning Outcomes) and providing an objective assessment of points that need improvement in the curriculum. Based on research into the features of LMS platforms being used for score evaluation such as Ton Duc Thang University Electronic Score Board, Blackboard, and SHub Classroom, it is necessary to build a system to calculate assessment including CLOs (Course Learning Outcomes) and SLOs (Student Learning Outcomes) as well as having the ability to expand for evaluating and recommending future improvements to the learning program. EVaillos was born based on a survey of famous LMSs in education and the internationally recognized Bloom’s taxonomy scale to evaluate output standards. The platform will allow Quality Assurance Center (QAC), Board of Directors (BoD), and external evaluators to track CLO performance levels and analyze trends. Key users include Department chair, and instructors seeking to monitor CLO metrics and ensure continuous improvement of educational quality. Analytics will summarize CLO performance at the course, program, and institutional levels over time. Reports aiding accreditation preparation will also be generated. Through improving standardized CLO assessment workflows, it is expected the platform will enhance the objectivity and transparency of evaluating teaching and learning effectiveness. Insights gained are intended to guide curriculum refinements, reinforcing attainment of graduate attributes stated in SLO statements. Ultimately, this platform aims to develop a useful educational technology solution facilitates outcomes-based education.en_US
