mGAG - Social based entertainment APP for iOS

Abstract

Nowadays, social and entertainment have become growing trend among the Internet users in general as well as teenagers in particular. A lot of funny images are shared all over the social network every day. Since then many websites have been build in order to provide these funny images and allow user to share them throughout social networks. Therefore, I decided to develop an application on mobile that also provides these features so that people can view and share these funny images every time, everywhere. Also see that Apple Mobile Operating System (iOS) is an attractive platform that has a great user community and provide many powerful frameworks for developing application. My thesis research is to investigate how to develop a software application on iOS. In more detail, I have researched and developed an iOS application that can explore, view a lot of funny images, as well as downloading them from many social entertainment websites on the Internet. Besides, these images can be shared via Facebook and Twitter. Even though this project is implemented and tested successfully, there are some limitations such as network utilization, memory optimization, and graphic user interface due to the lack of time, experience and even finance. Therefore, this project can be updated and improved in the future.
