Real estate evaluation system

Abstract

Existing systems nowadays usually suggest people the estate is worth to buy or not without a reasonable evidence like reference price. This study is conducted with an aim to help people in determining the proper price for an estate with given attributes by applying Case-based Reasoning methodology and Ontology. The purpose is to give people a reference price determined by using other similar estates data. Moreover, the system can evolve from past experience as an application of Machine-learning technique. Result will improve from time to time and from one case to another case without much of human involvement. System will learn from each case, and estate for more precise, input and then save for later use.
