dc.description.abstractIn daily life, communication is an essential tool in transfer the message from the sender to the receiver. Lack of communication, people will face many difficulties in sharing information, thinking, and the knowledge in order to improve themself. Internal communication is a type of communication is limited in an organization. In a business organization, internal communication plays an important role in providing information related to company goals, job objectives, working experiences to employees to achieve success. There is also no exception about the necessary of internal communication in a University which could assist student a lot and guide them to come to a good performance. The objective of the research is find out which the factors of internal communication affect International University and how internal communication influence on student performance. The aim of the research was to find out how satisfied the personnel of IU student is with internal communication, which channels the personnel would like to receive and send information in internal communication, which content are focused on each conversation preferred to use and finding possible suggestions for operating effectively internal communication in the IU as well as student performance. As a result of this study, Student‟s Performance dimension could be affected by internal communication, especially three channels including “Face-to-face meeting, Mediated Computer and Written Communication”. Particularly, these channels have slightly different impact on final level of Student Performance dimension. By answering the first two research questions, we also accomplished the first two research objectives. From the research findings, some recommendations are proposed to give to manager of International University some insight of improving the rate of student‟s performance through internal communication in the future.en_US
