dc.description.abstractVendor selection is an important process in which people have to evaluate, identify and compare to choose the best supplier among thousands. This process, however, takes a great amount of budget of companies as they know the benefit it may give them back. In return, the deserved vendors are significantly helpful with their high value. E-retail industry in Vietnam, however, still is a young and new section, which requires high technology, modern thinking oriented and the most important is the best management. Lazada was established in Vietnam only in 1 year and a haft, many successes the company got, but the more difficulties. This study was written in the need of exploring the problems of the present process then find out an improvement which is hopefully not only helpful to solve the challenges the company got, but also provide a solution to improve system in future. To be more specific, this research is worked to find the root of issues and then provide some factors analyzed with case explorer. Finally, base on the research result, paper expected to give some utilized recommendations for improvment.en_US
