dc.description.abstractEmployee satisfaction is an often studied theme in academic researches and organizational literatures. Many experts emphasize job satisfaction as a part of social welfare, influencing employee effort, work productivity, employee absenteeism as well as staff turnover rate in organization. Therefore, job satisfaction raises an important issue both managers and employees themselves. In order to deeply understand about job satisfaction, this paper was conducted in a specific company named ACB Real Estate. In short, the research aims to develop a model which identifies and measures factors affecting employee satisfaction, thereby contributing some suggestions for ACB Real Estate to meet employee’s demand as well as increase the power of human resource. Both qualitative and quantitative approach were applied in the study, however, the main method was quantitative. The reviewing of former researches and related theories proposed the model of employee satisfaction which was useful to develop suitable questionnaire for ACB Real Estate. Data and practical information were collected from surveying ACB Real Estate, then being processed by SPSS software to come up with final results. According to the findings, hygiene and motivation are there factors having positive impact on employee satisfaction at ACB Real Estate. In spite of several limitation, this study is contributed some practical implications and recommendation to improve employee satisfaction in working at ACB Real Estate.en_US
